Postmarked in 1927, Card states L.N. Jordan was the "Dodge Brothers Dealer" and "this new, modern garage and filling station is equipped with every convenience, including ladies' parlor and writing rooms.  The locations occupies the site upon which stood the famous McCoombs Hotel, noted for entertaining General LaFayette when he came through Milledgeville."
